The project consisted of the rebranding conversion of a Holiday Inn Express into a current generation Fairfield Inns and Suites. It was a full exterior and interior conversion. Because of the existing structure, the new interior layout had to be closely coordinated with corporate to adhere to the brand.
Likewise the already tall canopy was done in one of the brands approved alternate designs to reduce both costs and height.
