Our History

Stability is at the core of Foreman Seeley Fountain’s 34 year history. It was established in 1985 as Foreman Associates Architects by Bob Foreman.  Jeff Seeley and Jerry Fountain subsequently joined the firm in 1987 and 1989 respectively. Bob offered partnerships to both in 1992 and the firm changed its name to Foreman Seeley Fountain Architecture.  In 2015, Jeff Seeley and Jerry Fountain took equal Ownership of the firm upon Bob Foreman’s semi-retirement. Bob is a LEED accredited professional and remains at the firm on a consulting basis. Drawing upon the differing strengths of each partner, that augment each other, the firm established a business model where all three partners are involved in all projects in the office. This arrangement excels in fully coordinated documents from early design through construction documentation including specifications. For all projects, coordination meetings with all disciplines take place at key junctures, creating seamless unified documents. Together, the partners have excelled in offering superior architectural services to hundreds of clients in educational, religious, finance, governmental and commercial ventures.

Design is successful with the implementation of two key components:

Each Client at FSF is provided with a personal level of service.  A Principal and Project Manager follow the project from initial meeting to final occupancy.  Each consultant selected for this team also provides that same philosophy.

Each staff member and consultant has learned that a successful project requires you to check your ego at the door. Only then can you apply the most important requirement to success - TO LISTEN. Through our many years of experience, we have learned that listening and communicating is the best method to achieve a successful project. This method creates mutual expectations on all parts and serves to give everyone an ownership in the project. Listening and applying what is heard will allow the desires of the client must be foremost and be above our own design goals.

Meet The Team

The firm has three founding Principals and a team of talented Project Managers.  Each project is assigned a Principal and Project Manager at it inception, and those key team members remain with the project from concept to fruition.
